In a digital, AI-driven world, it was refreshing to receive a brief to design something to be printed.
Daniel Johnson is a forward-thinking independent estate agent with eXp, working with a growing number of clients across Teddington, Hampton Wick, Kingston upon Thames and New Malden. He spent 24 years building one of South-West London’s leading agencies. Now he offers sellers something most agents can’t: one experienced agent who handles their whole sale personally.
He needed a high-quality printed brochure and folder to leave behind with potential clients after a valuation. It had to build confidence that Daniel knows his business, knows his area and, most importantly, understands what home sellers actually need.
The brief: no estate agent clichés
Most estate agent literature looks and sounds the same. It’s full of stock phrases, glossy promises and very little substance. Daniel wanted the opposite, so the brochure was built around a simple, personal idea:
Your sale. My full attention.
What we created
A personal welcome that reads like a conversation, not a sales pitch, with Daniel’s promise that clients deal with him, “Not a branch. Not a call centre. Not a junior account handler.”
A clear “Journey to Sold” in six honest steps, from a realistic valuation to completion.
“Sold is only halfway”, a section about the part most agents neglect: keeping the sale together through conveyancing and the chain.
Real client words, from Google reviews and Teddington clients, given space to breathe.
A premium format designed to be kept on the kitchen table, not thrown away.
The result is a brochure that feels as personal and considered as the service it describes.
“Andy understood straight away that I didn’t want another glossy agency brochure. He captured exactly how I work and why it’s different, and the finished piece gives sellers real confidence before I’ve even left the room.”
