Brand and website revamp opens the window to a new era for trusted Norfolk company

Eastern Windows and Doors is a business steeped in family history, with a reputation for outstanding customer care and high quality installations. Word of mouth and hard work are the foundations for EWD’s success, despite the company not having employed a consistent marketing strategy.

I was thrilled when the opportunity arose to work with Alexander Bowles, fellow The FORE Business member and MD of Eastern Windows and Doors, on a brand refresh, advertising, social media and website design and development.

When Alex took the reins as MD, he wanted to consolidate EWD’s position within Norfolk by building on the company’s existing presence and developing a modern image. His aim was to enhance the firm’s trusted reputation by signalling EWD’s commitment to innovation, reliability and superior products. He also wanted to bring EWD’s brand identity into the 21st century, with a modern look to reflect the vision of the company and to communicate its bedrock values: delivering high-quality uPVC windows and doors, and exceptional customer service.

With the help of copywriter Imogen Lees and web tech Ryan Seymour, we have taken the way Eastern Windows and Doors will be seen by potential customers to a higher level.
